Patient 1
Breast Reconstruction patient. This patient had a tissue expansion procedure after bilateral mastectomy. The intermediate photos show tissue expanders with maximal expansion. The 2- year post –op photos show 550 cc High Profile Silicone Gel implants in each breast, including nipple and areola reconstruction.

Patient 2
This patient underwent bilateral nipple-sparing prophylactic mastectomy for severe fibrocystic breast disease. She had bilateral tissue expanders placed at the time of her mastectomies. The tissue expanders were removed and replaced with 400cc Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Gel implants, as seen in post-op photos.

Patient 3
This 50 year old woman was diagnosed with right breast cancer. She chose bilateral mastectomy along with immediate breast reconstruction using tissue expanders. She required post-operative radiation to the right breast. The intermediate photos are shown after radiation completion and after the expanders were replaced with silicone implants, Mentor High Profile 275cc each. The post-operative photos are shown at 2 year follow-up, with completion of nipple reconstruction using local skin flaps and areolar tattoos.

Breast Reconstruction Patient This patient had a right latissimus flap procedure with a 450cc High Profile Silicone Gel implant, and left mastopexy and 200cc Moderate Plus Gel Implant for symmetry. She also shown with right nipple reconstruction.

Patient 5
Breast Reconstruction Patient This patient right breast cancer and underwent right mastectomy with immediate latissimus flap and tissue expander placement. The intermediate photo reveals right breast with latissimus flap and new silicone implant, Moderate Plus 325cc silicone gel, and a left mastopexy for symmetry. The 15-month post-op photos reveal right nipple and areola reconstruction.

Breast Reconstruction Patient This patient had left breast cancer and underwent left mastectomy with immediate latissimus flap and tissue expander placement. She then had her tissue expander removed and replaced with a 500cc Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Gel implant. She also underwent left nipple reconstruction with areola tattoo. She is shown two years post-op.

Patient 9
This 41 year old woman was diagnosed with right breast cancer, and she chose a double mastectomy (removed both breast) along with tissue expander reconstruction and dermal autologous (fasciocutaneous) flaps (her excess skin envelope was salvaged to auto-augment her own breast mound for additional projection and shape.) The pre op photos show her before her mastectomy. The next photos show the expanders fully inflated about 5 months later. The next photos show her about 8 months later after she underwent placement of silicone breast implants (650cc High Profile gel) plus nipple reconstruction (CV flaps) and also fat grafting. The last images show her completed reconstruction including areolar tattoo about 18 months after her diagnosis.

Patient 10
This 54 year old woman was diagnosed with right breast cancer (note that is the left side of the photo image). For treatment she chose double mastectomy and tissue expander reconstruction. Her pre op images show her before the mastectomy. The intermediate photos (taken 7 months later) show her result after the expanders were replaced with Mentor MemoryShape silicone gel implants, style MH 345cc each. The post op photos show her about 14 months later with nipple reconstruction, right breast fat grafting, and then areolar tattoos.
