"From the initial consultation to pre-op appointment my experience with Dr Paredes Jr was very comfortable and informative. When I actually had the surgery scheduled Dr Paredes made sure he met with me a couple of times to make sure that I was getting my needs met and to make sure that my health was 100% for the surgery by doing blood work. I can't say enough about the operation team on the day of my surgery on January 13th 2025 that every single person there was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed before the procedure. I have to give a special shout out to the ladies that sit behind the desk for check-in. I am always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend Tally Plastic Surgery Center!"

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on December 1st, 2021. I was 33 years old and terrified of what was to come next. I needed a double mastectomy, and Dr. Paredes was HIGHLY recommended. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt taken care of. It’s clear that every single staff member who works there truly cares about their job and patients. Out of every doctor I had seen, Dr. Paredes sat down with me the longest, explaining everything thoroughly, going through all the steps, and answering all of our questions. I’ll never forget leaving that day, finally feeling calm and at ease about my upcoming surgery. Dr. Paredes, Lauren, his P. A., and all of his wonderful nurses completely made what would typically be a horrible situation as easy and comfortable as I think it ever could be. It’s like they held my hand and comforted me through a terrible year while simultaneously giving me the best medical care. Every single surgery, they were there with happy, positive attitudes, taking their time to explain things and answer all of our questions, and make sure I was doing well! "I got my breast enlargement done in Late November 2021 and am amazed with Dr. Paredes work. Thanks to him, I was able to make a clear decision on what size and type of implant would be best for my goals. I absolutely love how my breast turned out. I had two other consultations with other surgeons (cheaper) but I knew immediately when I met Dr Paredes that he was the right choice for me. He explained everything thoroughly. The surgery was much more complicated than he or I expected but I look better than I did before I had implants!! I am so glad I was referred to him and that I waited for my consult with him and don’t rush to the quickest and cheapest surgeon that could get me in. I highly recommend!! "My experience in two surgeries (breast implants and tummy tuck) performed by Dr. A. Paredes, can hardly be improved. His results are impeccable and he is a perfectionist surgeon. When consulting about a cosmetic procedure, he will be clear and tell you the pros and cons. There is a certain warmth in the way the patient is prepared before entering the operating room. The clinic is immaculate and all the doctors and nurses linked to your surgery will make you feel “safe” before and after. “I have had the same feeling in both of my surgeries.” I live in Madrid, but the results I have had are well worth the trip."

"I explanted (removal of breast implants and capsules) with Dr. Rawlings on 12/14/2018. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for him and his staff. From the first consultation to the last follow up I felt important, validated, cared for, etc... I went in initially because I was so sick from the adverse affects breast implants cause. I was not in a good place mentally or physically and my brain fog kept me in a state of confusion and blur. All of my concerns were heard and respected and the assurances were so very much what I needed at the time.
