This 50 year old woman desired an enhancement of her upper and lower eyelid appearance, and she wanted to maintain a natural eyelid appearance afterwards. Her pre-operative photos reveal loose skin with fat bags of the lower lids. She is shown about 6 months post-op after bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) with a natural appearance and smoother lower lids.
