This 30 year old patient complained of neck, back, and shoulder pain due to heavy breasts. She wore a 34/36 DDD bra prior to surgery. She desired breast reduction surgery to decrease her symptoms. After surgery, she feels significantly better regarding her back/neck symptoms and enjoys the improvement in her breast shape. Her pictures show her result about 6 months after surgery.
