How Painful Is a Chemical Peel?

Chemical peels are an affordable and incredibly effective skin-care treatment. Unfortunately, a lot of people who can really benefit from a chemical peel never try the treatment, because they are afraid it will be uncomfortable and painful.

Chemical peels are not as painful as the name sounds. Mild chemical peels produce a slight burning sensation that dissipates rather quickly. However, chemical peels come in different concentrations. Some of the stronger chemical peels are a bit more intense, so it’s best to start with the mild ones and move on from there.

This is the only med spa in Tallahassee you should consider going to!
