This 50 year old woman desired an enhancement of her upper and lower eyelid appearance, and she wanted to maintain a natural eyelid appearance afterwards. Her pre-operative photos reveal loose skin with fat bags of the lower lids. She is shown about 6 months post-op after bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) with a natural appearance and smoother lower lids.

This 32 year old woman complained of dark circles and fat bags under her eyes, which she felt were especially bad in the mornings after waking up. She underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) and is shown about four months later, very pleased with her results.
