The nursing and administrative staff of Tallahassee Plastic Surgery Clinic combine compassion with professional care. Our registered nurses are ACLS Certified and have extensive experience in the care of patients having cosmetic or reconstructive procedures. Our entire staff is available to answer any questions that you may have.

  Sharon Flora, Practice Administrator, has directed the practice operations since 1978. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about each procedure and recovery process. Sharon also helps alleviate patient concerns with her compassion, knowledge and professional care. She is a Member of the American Association of Medical Administrators, Member of the Florida Medical Group Management Association and a Charter Member of the Plastic Surgery Administrative Association.
Jayne Mittan Jayne H. Mittan, Certified Physician Assistant, is a native of Lakeland. She graduated from Florida State University in 1979, and completed the physician assistant program and received her bachelor of Health Science from the University of Florida in 1991. Jayne is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and served as president in 2002.
Hilary Rodriguez

Hilary A. Joyner, Certified Physician Assistant, is a native of Tallahassee.   She graduated from Tallahassee Community College and continued her education at Florida International University before receiving her physician assistant certification at Miami-Dade College. Prior to joining Tallahassee Plastic Surgery Clinic, Hilary worked in emergency medicine including six years at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

Both Hilary and Jayne assist our doctors in making each patients' visit a satisfying experience and work with patients that are considering or receiving BOTOX Cosmetic® injections.

Cynthia Susan Owens, a licensed esthetician, leads our Physicians' Skin Care Clinic. Susan has over 20 years of experience in the field of beauty and fashion. She is trained and licensed to provide complete skin care evaluations and treatments. Susan also performs a unique service for our surgery patients. She offers post operative make up application and skin care treatment.
