This 40 year old mother of three children underwent a 'Mommy Makeover' consisting of breast augmentation (subglandular Mentor Moderate Plus Profile silicone implants, right 350cc, left 375cc) and an abdominoplasty procedure (tummy tuck) with combined liposuction of the hips and lower back. She went from a 36C bra to 36D, and her jean size dropped from a 31 waist to 28. She is shown 3 months after her procedure.
