Breast Reconstruction - Florida Patient 1

Breast Reconstruction Patient (photos above) This patient had a tissue expansion procedure after bilateral mastectomy. The intermediate photos show tissue expanders with maximal expansion. The 2-year post-op photos show 550cc High Profile Silicone Gel implants in each breast, including nipple and areola reconstruction.

Breast Reconstruction Patient (photos above) This patient underwent bilateral nipple-sparing prophylactic mastectomy for severe fibrocystic breast disease. She had bilateral tissue expanders placed at the time of her mastectomies. The tissue expanders were removed and replaced with 400cc Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Gel implants, as seen in post-op photos.

Breast Reconstruction Patient (photos above) This patient had a right latissimus flap procedure with a 450cc High Profile Silicone Gel implant, and left mastopexy and 200cc Moderate Plus Gel Implant for symmetry. She also shown with right nipple reconstruction.

Breast Reconstruction Patient (photos above) This patient right breast cancer and underwent right mastectomy with immediate latissimus flap and tissue expander placement. The intermediate photo reveals right breast with latissimus flap and new silicone implant, Moderate Plus 325cc silicone gel, and a left mastopexy for symmetry. The 15-month post-op photos reveal right nipple and areola reconstruction.

This patient had left breast cancer and underwent left mastectomy with immediate latissimus flap and tissue expander placement. She then had her tissue expander removed and replaced with a 500cc Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Gel implant. She also underwent left nipple reconstruction with areola tattoo. She is shown two years post-op.
